Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm. Emergency leak response runs outside those hours as well, including weekends during storm season.

We ask a few questions about the building, the roof system if you know it, and what you are seeing. Then we schedule a walk. The assessment is free and there is no obligation attached to it.

You get a photo report documenting current conditions, problem areas, and recommended next steps, formatted so you can forward it straight to ownership, a board, or an insurance carrier without rewriting anything.
