Metal roof retrofits

A retrofit builds a new TPO or PVC roof over an old metal one. Foam fills the channels between the ribs, board goes over it, and the membrane goes on last. More on our metal roof coating, repair and retrofit page.

Metal roof coatings and repairs

Where the panels are still sound, a coating system goes over them, and sections rusted through get replaced first. The process is on the metal roof coating page.

Roof coatings and restoration

Fluid-applied restoration on low-slope roofs: a base coat, reinforcing fabric where the system calls for it, and a white top coat, with nothing torn off. See roof coatings and restoration.

Repairs

Repairs at flashings, curbs, pitch pans and pipe penetrations on single-ply and modified bitumen roofs. See commercial roof repair.

Maintenance and drains

Maintenance visits clear drains and debris, check flashings and drainage, and photograph the roof before and after. See commercial roof maintenance and flat roof repair.

Replacement and new roofs

When a roof is past restoring, it comes off, or a new roof goes over it where that works. See commercial roof replacement and TPO roofing.
